# Encaminhamento do Processo

#### Montagem do processo

Após conferência:

* Inserir o número da solicitação do Farmácia Digital no Requerimento
* Organizar documentos conforme checklist
* Registrar número SIGAF e SEI

#### Acompanhamento do processo

* O cidadão acompanha pelo **MG App** ou **Portal Cidadão MG**
* O Farmácia Digital mostra apenas:
  * Recebimento
  * Pendências documentais

#### Documentos físicos

⚠ **Obrigatório**\
Na **primeira dispensação**, o cidadão deve apresentar **os documentos originais**, que devem corresponder exatamente aos enviados digitalmente.
