#### O que a plataforma faz

O Farmácia Digital permite:

* Envio digital de documentos pelo cidadão
* Conferência documental pela unidade responsável
* Registro da solicitação nos sistemas oficiais
* Devolução de pendências ao usuário
* Rastreabilidade de todas as ações

#### O que a plataforma NÃO faz (nesta fase)

* Não realiza análise técnica
* Não emite parecer
* Não substitui SIGAF ou SEI
* Não dispensa medicamentos
* Não exclui o processo físico

#### Quem pode usar

* **Cidadão/paciente**: usuários adultos e civilmente capazes
* **Profissionais da SES-MG, Regionais e Municípios**: conforme perfil de acesso
